Celebrate Your Event at the Historic Carnegie Library
Standing tall along Lake Bemidji for more than 100 years is one of our area's oldest and most treasured buildings, the Carnegie Library. The Carnegie Library was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in November 1980. This beautifully restored landmark offers a gorgeous lakeside location to host your next event. The building is owned and maintained by the City of Bemidji and all rental arrangements are made directly with them.
The Carnegie Library features a beautifully restored main level, called the Lakeside Room, available for your events and functions. The lower level houses two long term tenants: Bemidji Jaycees and Great North Counseling Services. The Library is fully accessible, with an elevator at the main (rear) entrance allowing access to both levels.
